• Please join our worldwide Church in reflection, listening and dialogue. Through this process, we will find communion, achieve participation and open the Church to mission. The Holy See asks us to discuss the following questions and document our responses ahead of the Synod on Synodality assembly at the Vatican in October.

  • Where have I seen or experienced successes — and distresses — within the Church’s structure(s)/organization/leadership/life that encourage or hinder the mission? 

  • How can the structures and organization of the Church help all the baptized to respond to the call to proclaim the Gospel and to live as a community of love and mercy in Christ?

• This is part of an interim phase of the three-year Synod process that began in 2021. Thank you for your consideration, and please know, your efforts are directly tied to Pope Francis’ vision for the worldwide Church, as he said, “It is precisely this path of synodality which God expects of the Church of the third millennium.”
