Process for Securing Use of CCSB Facility: 

  1. Read over the Facility Use FAQ. This includes descriptions of spaces, as well as the fee schedule.

  2. Complete the Facility Use Request & Agreement Form.

  3. Await contact from CCSB Staff to confirm Facility availability.

  4. Once confirmed, pay Facility Use Fee, Cleaning Fee, and Archdiocese of Baltimore Insurance Waiver Fee (unless providing proof of own insurance; details included in link above). 

    Payment can be made by credit card ONLINE HERE or by check (dropped off or mailed to our office at 110 E. West St, Baltimore, MD 21230).

    1. Please note the Event name, date, and location in the memo of your payment.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email after all these steps are completed. Your event is not confirmed until all these steps are complete.

 

CCSB does not rent spaces for wedding receptions.
