2024-25 Tuition Assistance Application

If you are an active parishioner at CCSB and have children enrolled in Catholic school, you are eligible to receive tuition assistance from the parish. These funds are required to be distributed by the Archdiocese; family income is not a consideration for eligibility. Please complete the form below by October 26; funds will be distributed directly to the school before the end of the year. (If you have more than two children, please submit additional forms as needed).
